  • Their music ain’t shit. Its sounds just like every other so-called R&b music thats out here and Eddie Shin looks like a girl. I don’t know what it is with the Korean entertainment business and there obsession with girly looking boys.

  • I for one, really enjoyed AZIATIX”s new music video. In response to Rampage’s comment; an appreciation of KPOP,JPOP,THAIPOP,etc… begins with an appreciation of the Asian Culture. If one doesn’t have an appreciation for the Asian Culture, it’s going to be very difficult to appreciate and enjoy Asian music !!!

  • I do appreciate asian culture but their music still ain’t shit. But you really don’t have to appreciate asian culture to not like their R&b because it’s not REAL R&B music just like a lot of R&b music WORLDWIDE.

  • Also, R&b music began in the U.S. Other cultures merely imitate. Today, if you put Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Usher, and Chris Browns music together they sound quite similar but they say Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber is pop/dance music and Usher and Chris Brown is r&b. The truth is, today there really is no REAL R&b music out here, at least when you turn on the radio and tune into the r&b stations and listen to the artists that are getting all the limelight like Chris Brown, Usher, Neyo, etc. The real r&b music is underground now because D.J.s don’t want to play there music. Asian artists in particular in Korea like Bi-rain, Aziatic, and other groups sound similar. Their merely imitating the popular artists in the U.S. Thats why Usher is so popular over there. Its not about East and West, its about what is and what isn’t.

  • Rampage, You are definitely on a Rampage. However, we do agree on one point and that is; there is no true R&B anymore. I think that as with all things the passing of time greatly affects peoples’ attitudes, ideas, and perspectives. All music is just an outward expression of those things. So the R&B of today and tomorrow, is not going to sound like the R&B of yesteryear. Also, thinking along those same lines, one cannot reasonably expect the R&B sung by Asian artists to sound quite similarly to Western artists. The cultures are different, along with the attitudes and perspectives. I feel that the Koreans have done a wonderful job in adding an Eastern Flavor to R&B turning it into something that they can truly own.I definitely feel that variety is really the spice to life. I think it’s really great when Asian Musicians can take Western music and create something that’s both different and yet beautiful!!!

  • Good R&b does not have to sound like yesteryear. I said the REAL R&b is UNDERGROUND meaning not known to the wider popular audience but it’s out there trust me, I know this for a fact. Anyway, AZIATICS suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!!!!!!!
